The reception area was very warm and inviting. The receptionist(s) were very nice and professional. The Dr also was very nice, professional and he explained everything that he was going to do and answered all my questions. He pin pointed and physically worked on the areas on my body that were effected by the accident. He took me to a nice clean area to lay down, he hooked up some kind of electrode’s on my troubled areas along with some heat. This cushioned bed/bench machine that I was laying on massaged me from my neck to my back side area. It was very soothing to my problem areas. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I had fell outside my apartment building due to negligence of the property management not sending out someone to shovel and salt the ground after it snowed. I was in alot of aching pain. I was referred by my insurance to inner health they got me a couple hours after I called in the same day. I feel so much better than how I went in, they were so caring and helpful to me. I appreciate their service and timing! read less
